Mixtape: Covers/William Walsh

William Walsh is the author of Without Wax: A Documentary Novel (Casperian Books), and Questionstruck (Keyhole Books). His new book of stories, Ampersand, Mass., is available for preorder here.

Since my contribution to Artifice #1 was a James Joyce cover song called “Conmee,” my MixTape celebrating the coming of Artifice #3 is composed of cover songs. Also, these cover songs celebrate the release of a new anthology of short stories called RE:Telling (Ampersand Books), which features cover songs by writers like Matt Bell, Michael Martone, Samatha Hunt, Pedro Ponce, Roxane Gay, Jim Ruland, and many others.
